This website is operated by Basement Waterproofing Innisfil, 7905 Yonge St, Innisfil, ON L9S 1K9.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service you chose and your message. We use it to reply to you and to arrange and carry out the assessment. It is sent to us by email and kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the business.
- We do not use them for marketing you did not ask for.
- This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Spam protection
The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process technical details of your browser and connection under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you click it, under Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will do it.
