What we do
Interior drainage systems, exterior membranes and drains, crack injection, weeping tile replacement, sump pits and pumps with backup, and a 24-hour line for the night the basement floods. Six repairs, all in one trade, so the recommendation is about which one your house needs — not which one we happen to sell.
What we will not do
- Quote a permanent repair over the phone or in the dark.
- Sell an interior drain for a block wall that is wet through, when the wall wants sealing from outside.
- Inject a crack that is moving. That is an engineer's call first.
- Lay a drain without filter cloth in this sand, or end a discharge line at the wall.
- Take a deposit before the scope and the price are in writing.
The rules every job runs by
- The assessment is on site, free, and covers inside and outside.
- Scope, materials, days and price on paper before anything is booked.
- Whatever comes out goes back, and the list of it is in the scope.
- Water is run against the repair before we leave.
- You keep a diagram of what went into the ground.
Why Innisfil
Because the ground here is specific. Shoreline sand with a high water table from Big Bay Point down to Gilford; clay loam inland toward Stroud and Cookstown; cottages that became year-round houses with foundations that were never meant for it; and a spring melt over frozen ground every year. A crew that works this town every week reads those things faster than one that drives in from the city.
